The end of the year is fast approaching and any donations made are tax deductible.
(Giving this way also helps these organizations because they do not have to pay fees for credit/debit card transactions.)
So now's the time to give to that favorite Minnesota organization of yours.
I'm curious whether you're in Minnesota or not, what organizations do YOU usually choose to support?
Our favorites and organizations we choose to support throughout the year include; A Breath Of Hope, our local church, our school district, Perspectives, Inc and Compassion International.

No giving for me today, but, we support Compassion in the form of a sponsorship of a little girl in the Dominican Republic.
We also support A Breath of Hope, thanks to you, as well as Susan G. Komen. Most of our year end giving will be going to Feed My Starving Children.
We support Compassion too with two little guys named Kayian and Daniel. We also support International Justice Mission and our church. Because of blogging, I've been so excited to meet and support The Livesays in Haiti (originally from MN and have a great blog - the Livesay Haiti Weblog) and Haitian Creations, and the Liz Logelin Foundation.
I feel kind of like I'm bragging...so I'm going to sheepishly sneak away now...
We try and spread ours out - but we donate monthly to the Liz Logelin Foundation (and was so pleased to be able to donate today and get a match and no CC fees for them!)
We also donate to breast cancer, colon cancer, cystic fibrosis, as well as a few others that directly affect the lives of our loved ones.
We can't really afford to do all of this donating - but we can't afford not to either - I always try and put myself in their shoes - I know how important it is to have the donations...
